A clear path from uncertainty to a working method

We assess one journey properly, then only move forward when the data and oversight are strong enough.

Why do so many AI pilots stall?

Most stall because the customer data behind them isn’t accurate, joined up or governed well enough for an agent to use safely. The technology is rarely the main problem.

Organisations are under pressure to show value from AI. Unify separates what your data can support today from what would be premature to automate, whether the journey sits in internal operations or customer experience.

Human oversight is the default. Customers and colleagues should always be able to reach a person when a task is complex, sensitive or uncertain.

Our four stages

Each stage ends with a decision. You only move on when the evidence says you should.

1. AI data readiness assessment

A fixed-scope review of one named customer or service journey.

  • A map of the systems and records behind the journey
  • Findings on data quality, access and consent
  • A written readiness verdict
  • A short list of use cases worth pursuing
  • A recommended next step: improve the data, pilot, or stop

This stage doesn’t rebuild platforms or launch a live agent.

2. Supervised pilot

If the assessment shows the data can support it, we run one supervised workflow in your own environment.

  • Measures for quality, safety, cost and when to hand over to a person, agreed before we start
  • A playbook your people can use
  • Paired working, so your team can run and explain the workflow

3. Production enablement

We help your team run the workflow day to day, under your own change and risk processes.

  • Hardening, monitoring and access control
  • Runbooks and training
  • A clear handover, with no open-ended dependency on us

4. Embedded capability

If you want the method to stay inside your organisation, senior specialists work alongside your team to teach, pair and leave working documents behind.

  • Named outcomes each month
  • Skills transfer your people keep
  • Not an open-ended extra pair of hands

Frequently asked questions

What do we need to provide for an assessment?

A named sponsor, access to the relevant CRM and service systems, time with a small group of stakeholders, and a governed sample of customer data.

What happens if our data isn’t ready?

You get a clear view of what needs fixing and in what order. We won’t recommend a pilot until the data and controls can support one.

Can you work with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics?

Yes. We work with the CRM, service and experience platforms you already run, rather than asking you to replace them.

Is the work only for customer-facing journeys?

No. The same approach applies to internal operations, such as case handling, onboarding or aftersales support, as well as customer experience.
