We have some important and exciting news to share with you.
From today, our agency will be called Remarkable.
This is a planned and critical chapter in our story and sees the agencies that are part of Remarkable Group known as Sagittarius, Ultimedia, Unify, Nemetos and Tanasuk become one team, one business and one brand.
As one business, Remarkable offers more possibilities, greater join up across our specialist marketing, experience platforms, data and CRM practices and is built to provide what you will need from your partner in the coming years – we say ‘ready for tomorrow’.
Digital marketing, customer experience and expectations have become increasingly more sophisticated and change at a pace where standing still means moving backwards. A recent report said that this phenomenon means only 27% of brands have a mature digital strategy – leaving others playing catch up.
We are here to help our clients stay ahead, help them do what is right for their business and with tangible results at the core of our proposition we continue to focus on ‘experiences that convert’.
Operationally we have been reorganising our working practices for most of 2024 to ensure a smooth transition and we are now ready to operate under one brand name.
Essentially though, key points of contact remain unchanged and all email and phone details will continue to work. However you will see our primary domain name for the website and emails migrate to our new @remarkable.global domain.
As part of the reorganisation, a few of our team move in to slightly new roles. Ian MacArthur will continue his visionary and formidable thought leadership as Chief Strategy Officer. Sangeeta Brady will continue her essential delivery role but with a broader remit as Chief Operating Officer.
Nick Towers and Paul Stephen, as the co-founders, become Chief Executive Officer and Chief Growth Officer respectively and are incredibly proud of the new team and new future for Remarkable. .
The service focus that each agency had will continue as ‘practices’ within the Remarkable agency, with Performance Marketing, Experience, Commerce & Platforms, and Data & CRM all having senior Practice leads.
And finally, the Remarkable brand is more than just a name change. ‘Be Remarkable’ has always been our primary company value. As a partner to many global businesses, we know we need to go beyond their expectations. We have to strive to be a joy to work with. We have to be the partner that keeps our clients ahead of the game. We understand they have a choice and we know we need to give them the results they need.
Being Remarkable is our way of working. It’s how we behave and as one agency brand it is how we will deliver on that promise.
